We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Items must include all original tags and packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Note: Final sale items, gift cards, and limited-edition drops are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, weโ€™ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days, depending on your bank or provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

Need a different size or color?
Email us at support@snapsway.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and weโ€™ll do our best to help you with an exchange โ€” based on availability.


๐Ÿšš Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us at support@snapsway.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right.
